Privacy policy

Receive processes packing slips and supplier invoices that merchants upload in order to create native inventory transfers in their store.

Data we store

• Shop domain, shop ID, and OAuth access token.
• Uploaded document bytes (blob key), extracted line items, supplier SKU maps, and transfer idempotency keys.
• Usage records used to post Shopify usage charges.

Shopify compliance

We honour mandatory compliance webhooks: customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact, and app/uninstalled. After shop/redact or uninstall, the stored access token is cleared.
